We provide - An onsite building manager whose typical duties include a daily walk through of your property, inspecting all mechanical services, electrical services, lifts, pumps, water heaters, car parks along with supervision of onsite contractors.

Compliance - It is the responsibility of the building manager to ensure the building is fully compliant with regular fire safety and lift inspections. Our building managers ensure all these requirements are up to date.

Maintenance - The building manager is responsible for the supervision of all maintenance and repairs and must ensure all contractors comply with onsite WH&OS requirements, are fully insured and that the work is completed on time and within budget.
